$100 million creative space coming to Hendersonville Music City Studios — a 47-acre creative campus that is planning to break ground in Hendersonville later this year.
The first of its kind in the country, the $100+ million development will offer a 200,000-sqft sound stage space + 500,000 sqft of space dedicated to film, live music, broadcast, and media production professionals.
The goal of the project is to have a full-sized practice area for large performances coming to town. Tenants will be able to utilize practice, recording, filming, and planning spaces.
Sound stages are expected to be open in 2022, with full construction being complete by spring of 2023. Additionally, the project is expected to create over 800 jobs in the next 5 years.
