Interest rates on a 30 year loan this week only 4.6 %; very good but these low rates will not last forever. First time buyers will have to work harder now to get a loan as the lenders are tough but you can do it! The holidays is a great time to buy! ALSO in cold weather! First time time buyers will be more likely to get a home this time of the year. Real estate is very competitive but many buyers and/or realtors do not want to shop in inclimante weather.......OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS!!!

Where else can you find an in ground pool you can use, that you dont have to maintain and tennis courts in a subdivision with no HOA restrictions! First time I have ever heard of this myself. I just got a pretty low offer on a listing. While you always want to stay hopeful you can get it worked out...Find out the reason the offer is low. If the house is really too high for them....? What is the MOST they can qualify for ? IF you have an older house and...if your seller is not willing to do ALL REPAIRS....you may want to be wary.......When it does it worked out, often a home inspection will still kill it. My advice? ADVISE your seller to Counter at least a couple thousand HIGHER than the sellers bottom dollar if its an older house or it may tie up the house for two weeks and then go back om the market which be worse than NO OFFER!
