I Prepared to Be Especially Busy Today with 2 Buyers. 1 from Out of Town with Limited Time to Preview Properties and 1 in the 1 Million+ Price Range. Here is What Made the Day More Challenging:

1) House 🏠 # 1-90 Days on the Market, 5 Price Reductions. Made Appt. No Instructions Given to Access Out Building Text Agent for Access Code...No Response. Called Agent for Access Code...No Response. Called Agent to Let Know We Wanted to Submit an Offer...No Response. 🤦‍♀️

2) House🏠 #2-21 Days on the Market, 1 Price Reduction. Requested Appt to Show in Am. No Confirmation to Appt Request. Called List Agent...No Response. Called Co-List Agent...She Would Call Seller...No Call Back. Both Agents then Called to Say that Seller Could Not Accommodate and Provided Different Stories as To Why 🤥 Maybe We Could Drive By and Reschedule for Another Day??? ❌

3)House 🏠 # 3- 45 Days on the Market, 1 Price Reduction. Requested Appt to Show... No Response. Called Agent for Showing Appt...No Response. Text Agent...No Response.
