Week 13 Construction Update | Homesites 210–212

Another week of progress at Burkitt Ridge! This week, crews worked on installing ductwork throughout the townhome buildings and continued adding the brick skirt along the exterior.

Looking ahead to next week, we’re anticipating:
🏠 Completion of the brick skirt
⚡ Electrical rough-ins
🔍 Interior inspections before insulation is installed

Each week brings these homes one step closer to completion, and soon we’ll be moving into the insulation and drywall stages!

Week 12 Construction Update | Homesites 210–212

This week, we got to step inside the homes and see how everything is coming together! We’ve been working on the plumbing rough-ins, and it’s exciting to finally get a look at the progress from the inside. 🏠

Next week, we’re expecting to begin electrical rough-ins and HVAC work as we keep moving forward! Regent Homes

Week 11 Update | Homesites 210–212

Another exciting week of progress! This week, we completed the house wrap and began installing the windows, bringing these homes one step closer to being completed.

Next week, we're expecting the delivery of the interior stair systems and will begin the rough-ins for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. It's always exciting to see the inside of the home start coming together!

Week 10 Construction Update – Homesites 210–212 🏗️

Another exciting milestone this week! The roof has officially been completed on all three homes.

Looking ahead to next week, weather permitting, we'll be installing the windows and completing the exterior house wrap.

With each milestone completed, these homes are looking more like finished townhomes every week!

Week 9 Construction Update – Homesites 210–212🏗️

Another exciting week of progress! We've officially completed the third floor framing, and the crew is now beginning to install the roof trusses.

If the weather cooperates, next week we'll complete the house wrap and start installing the roof, bringing these homes one step closer to becoming move-in ready.

Happy 4th of July! As we celebrate Independence Day, we're also celebrating another exciting milestone on Homesites 210–212.
This week, our lumber package arrived, and framing is officially underway! It's always rewarding to see a home begin to take shape, and we're excited to watch these homes continue to come together over the next several weeks.

Week 6 construction update for homesites 210–212!

The concrete has officially been poured, and the foundations are complete! Every week brings us one step closer to seeing these homes come to life.

Next up: lumber! If everything stays on schedule, we'll receive our lumber package next week and begin framing soon after. I can't wait to show you the transformation as these homes start taking shape!

Week 5 of our Homesites 210–212 mini series is here!

This week, we completed the block takeoff and have officially moved into the next phase of construction. Plumbing is now being installed, and gravel is being poured in preparation for the slab foundations.

It's exciting to see these homes take shape one step at a time! Stay tuned as we continue following their progress from the ground up.
