Week 22 Construction Update | Homesites 210–212

This week, we're awaiting an estimated delivery date for our interior flooring before installation can begin.

On the exterior, we've ordered the concrete trucks and are anticipating the driveways to be poured within the next week or two, weather permitting!

Up next: Flooring installation once materials arrive and pouring the driveways!

This week, our countertops arrived, and we began the process of mudding and painting the baseboards and crown molding throughout the homes. It's exciting to see these finishing details come together as we get closer to completion!

It’s official! Our Burkitt Ridge model home at 830 Westcott Lane has closed!

This home has welcomed so many future homeowners, Realtors, and neighbors over the years, and I’m excited for what’s next for Burkitt Ridge!

I’ll be moving into our NEW model home soon, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone in.

Week 19 Construction Update | Homesites 210–212

This week, we completed painting the exterior of the building, connected the homes to sewer and utilities, and started installing cabinets inside. I'm excited to share more of the finishing details as we continue moving closer to completion!

Up next: We’ll be completing the side balconies and installing crown molding and baseboards throughout.

Week 18 Construction Update | Homesites 210–212

Another week of progress on homesites 210–212!
This week, we started painting the exterior of the building and dug the utility trenches to connect the homes to sewer, water, electric, and gas.

Inside, drywall installation is underway! We began hanging drywall and have already started the mudding process, bringing us another step closer.

🔨 Up next: Once the mudding is complete, we’ll sand and smooth the walls to prepare them for the next phase. Cabinets are also expected to arrive within the next few weeks!

This week, we completed the exterior siding and officially moved into drywall installation on the interior. It’s exciting to see the rooms begin to take shape as we move into this next phase of construction!

Another week of progress on homesites 210–212!

This week, we completed our interior inspections and finished insulating the homes. The siding is also getting closer to completion, bringing the exteriors another step closer to their finished look!

🔨 Up next: We’re anticipating wrapping up the siding and hopefully moving into drywall soon.

We’re continuing to make progress on homesites 210–212 at Burkitt Ridge!

🔨 This week:
• We continued working through our interior inspections
• Siding installation has officially started!
I also talk briefly about the siding you’ll see going up on these homes. Regent Homes uses James Hardie® Hardie® board siding throughout our communities, a fiber cement siding known for its durability and classic look.

It’s exciting to see more of the exterior finishes taking shape! Follow along each week as we continue building these homes from the ground up!
