Extensive rehabilitation of this pothole-damaged and rutted driveway. Soil conditioner used to recover the original hidden stone to the surface, then smooth and compact the driveway prior to installing a new layer of stone. Side ditches cleared for optimal water runoff to the culverts.

Upgraded the drainage system by removing the 4” SDR pipe and replacing it with a 15” double wall culvert and rip rap rock to prevent erosion. The project also included widening the driveway, adding a turn around/parking area, and installing new stone throughout.

Out with the old retaining wall and in with the new. 100’x 48’
The two stair old railroad ties removed and a new 82lb each block for a total of almost 38,000lb block and caps plus nearly 25 ton of stone for the footer and backfill.
Special thanks to Robert and Skylar for all you do.
The homeowner will be extending the deck and adding another deck on the other side for the finishing touches.
Grass seed and straw will be finished in the morning.

Major storm damage with several trees uprooted. Trees were cut into logs, brush was piled and stacked, stumps and root ballls removed. The area was smoothed and cleared and is now ready for new trees to be planted to create a nice wildlife area around this pond.
