Attention Dog Owners! We have a new dog park inside a new park. Fair Park opened at Craighead & Bransford, minutes from our community. It has a dog park inside it.

Owners, residents, and surrounding neighbors: Monday, July 9 - Friday, July 13, we will reseal and restripe our parking lot. This will displace a number of our owners and residents from parking on our property each day, forcing their cars to fill the streets more than usual.

Also, residents moving in and out will have limited access in front of buildings as the work is handled.

Our parking on a normal day is very limited, and we apologize for the temporary impacts this will have on the neighborhood.

This is an infrequent maintenance activity. We've phased the work throughout the week to minimize the number of additional residents who will park on the surrounding streets, and thus the impact to our neighbors.

RESIDENTS: YES, it does matter when you do not follow the instructions our recycler - Waste Management - asks of us. Like not putting plastic bags in the bin.
