The TN Legislature considers forcing landlords to rent to folks who want to open a home daycare center.

If you own rental property, call you state reps today and tell them to vote "no" to HB2306 and SB2282.

The bill also declares void any provision in an HOA's governing documents that restricts or prohibits daycares (typically a blanket prohibition against commercial businesses with foot traffic).

Right now, older HOAs may be grandfathered in, but experience teaches, once the door is open, it tends to open more and more.
