Here’s how you can help protect your health: ✅ Know your normal: Get familiar with how your breasts usually look and feel. ✅ Do a monthly self-check: Look for changes in size, shape, or feel — such as lumps, thickening, or skin changes. ✅ Schedule regular screenings: Mammograms can detect cancer early — talk to your doctor about when to start. ✅ Report changes quickly: If something doesn’t feel right, don’t wait — get it checked. ✅ Live healthy: Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and limiting alcohol all help reduce risk.
