Nashville real estate is nuanced. 🏡

It’s simply too complicated to call it a “buyer’s market” or a “seller’s market.” The truth is, it depends on the property, the location, the condition, the price - and the strategy behind the sale or purchase.

Just this week, I experienced both sides firsthand. Yesterday, I closed on a home that had been listed since Thanksgiving 2025. And this morning, I accepted an offer on another home I had listed just one day ago.
That’s Nashville real estate right now. Every property and every situation is different.

Having an experienced Realtor who knows Nashville, understands the nuances of the market, and knows how to adjust the strategy accordingly is more important than ever.

Today was a GOOD day! After being on the market since Thanksgiving 2025, we finally made it to the closing table! 🥂🏡
This one was definitely a journey, but I’m so grateful for sellers who trusted me, stayed patient, and worked alongside me every step of the way. We made a great team, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they close this chapter and move on to what’s next!
Sometimes the road to SOLD takes a little longer than we hope—but reaching the finish line makes it all worth it. ❤️

If you’re new here, welcome! I’m so glad you found my page. I’ve proudly called Nashville home since 1981 and have been helping buyers and sellers as a full-time Realtor since 2007.
