That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have them! If a pool or porch brings joy to your family, do it!

Bottom line: build what makes your home feel like your sanctuary, but if return on investment is your goal, more living space usually wins 🏡

Nashville friends, if you haven’t been to in Donelson, what are you even doing?! 🥯 This place is the spot for hand-rolled bagels, crazy good sandwiches and coffee, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to hang out all day.

My girl owns the place with her husband.  She makes killer bagels, coffee drinks, and runs the place like a boss.  So go see them, grab a bagel (or 3), and thank me later.

Nashville has a way of weaving itself into your life. For me, it was riding downtown trolly for a quarter, sunsets at Ascend Amphitheater, and the little places that still feel like the Nashville of my youth even as the city grows and changes.
