Sales were down about 2% last month over last year. These figures are from Davidson and surrounding counties. We are seeing market conditions varying by community and price point. For instance, Bellevue has just over a 3-month supply of homes, which is technically a seller's market. Homes over $800,000 have shown a strong demand with sales up 7% over last year.
