Nashville Development Update: Creative Artists Agency just announced they are going to have a gorgeous new space!

Nashville office will move to Nashville Yards, a mixed-use district that’s being developed by Southwest Value Partners and AEG. The 19-acre project will also be home to Amazon Nashville, a 4,500 capacity concert venue, Grand Hyatt Nashville and the newly-renovated Union Station Nashville Yards, as well as retail spaces, restaurants and more than seven acres of open-air plazas, courtyards and green spaces.

CAA will have nearly 75,000 square feet across two floors and exterior crown signage as the anchor tenant, with indoor-outdoor workspaces, private terraces and listening lounges, among other amenities.
