Under new Chair Kevin Warsh, the Fed recently signaled the possibility of resuming rate hikes later this year.

Shifting economic data is fueling a debate about the Fed’s next moves

Rising Probability of Hikes: Driven by sticky inflation and higher oil prices, roughly half of Fed officials project at least one rate increase this year.

Bond Market Expectations: Financial markets have increasingly priced in the likelihood of rate hikes by the end of 2026, with some Wall Street banks predicting multiple increases.

We sold the house across the street pre-market. So these sellers called me to talk about selling their house.  They have a small child, were relocating to another state, and hoped to sell in a way that was quick and smooth.

We spread the word far and wide.  All agents, all companies, all buyers we could reach in the coming soon phase. We were prepared to go on the market after they moved out, but we ultimately didn’t have to.

A buyer materialized who was super motivated and represented by an agent who was watching the market closely for any coming soons.  Their agent wrote an offer with unbeatable terms and the sellers accepted. (Shoutout to Jerome | Nashville Realtor with MW Real Estate Co )

Happy 615 Day, Nashville 🎉 June 15 is our unofficial holiday.  

Today’s the day to celebrate the area code that’s been synonymous with Music City since 1954.

Tennessee started with just one back in 1947 for the whole state. And now the state has EIGHT area codes total, with the new 729 launching just last year.

Nashville got so big it needed a second code in 2015.  We added 629 that year.

No matter how many new numbers get added, 615 is classic Nashville.
