More Time to Choose for Buyers
Sellers still have a strong advantage in East Nashville, according to the early August Market Index Report. But, houses are staying on the market a little longer since interest rates were hiked earlier this summer.
This week the median list price for a home in East Nashville is just under $800,000. Prices have started to flatten, but it remains a seller’s market because the 37206 area is one of the most popular zips in Nashville.
