Hundreds of Tennessee REALTORS® recently traveled to Washington, D.C., to meet with members of Congress and advocate for policies that support homeownership.

One key issue was the More Homes on the Market Act, a bipartisan bill that would update capital gains tax exclusion thresholds for the first time in nearly 30 years, helping encourage more housing inventory.
