This one is bittersweet. I’ve worked with KDEN HOMES for many years and these Charlotte Park builds were new territory for us. The past year in Nashville real estate has been a rollercoaster…and not for the weak. I’ve reminded my sellers this year that it just takes the right buyer and we’ve had to be more patient in 2026. Life lessons right?!? Thrilled for the buyers as I feel confident this home is a great investment Christine Quillin Roby | Realtor was a joy to work with and as I’ve said many times, the agent on the other side of transaction can make or break a deal. CLOSED! We started this search back when winter coats were being worn and before we had ptsd from ice storms. I was born and raised in Middle TN, so I love getting to show off all that makes TN unique and wonderful and loved every minute with these out of state buyers. We pivoted from Nashville to Williamson county throughout our search and snagged this Brentwood beauty in a multiple offer situation. I’m thrilled for this wonderful family and oh so thankful for the referrals I receive from past clients and friends! If they can survive this week of heat 🔥….they can survive anything in TN!

Always, ALWAYS so thankful for clients trusting me with major life transitions. February of 2026 post ice storm created challenges for sellers, but these clients were an absolute dream. The right buyers came along and the timeline/terms made perfect sense for my clients and Jack Costigan Jack Costigan jackcostigan.realestate helped keep things running smoothly on the other side and that’s always an added bonus. Sold! And just like that, another first time home buyer purchases a second home and says goodbye to the one that made her a “homeowner”. I’m so thankful for the very best repeat clients that make work feel fun (even when it isn’t) These clients were a complete joy, start to finish. They took the good, bad and ugly of selling a home and laughed their way through it. And a reminder, real estate is always a good investment!

Real estate is my job, but being their mother is a privilege and I wouldn’t trade a minute of all the long days, heavy nights or running myself crazy. I’m so thankful for my mother, for all the strong women that helped raise me and for my friendships with other mothers that fill my cup and keep me encouraged during tough times. Repeat clients are the best, but these are extra special. Many years ago, when I first started out in real estate, I got a call from a buyer on a little listing I had in Crieve Hall. We had already contracted it, but it led to a long chat and then later to showings. Those showings led to a buy, that led the siblings to buy…then sale, and now my sweet client is married and buying her 2nd home with her amazing husband. In some ways, I feel like I’ve grown up with this family (in real estate years 🤪). I’m so thankful for their continued trust, referrals and friendship. This home is an investment in their future and I’m so happy for them. Here’s to new beginnings and a lot of fun times ahead! Happy Closing Day to my favorites!

My heart was full at today’s closing. I’m always thankful for referrals, but this one was so special. This sweet young family is starting a new chapter, surrounded by family and friends and I’m so happy to have had the chance to get to know them. They smiled their way though this transaction and never once complained when we hit challenges. I’m thankful for the friends that trust me with their friends and for the friends I make along the way in real estate.
