Back in February we closed our Brentwood office and told you we’d follow up with what we were doing about it.
Here’s that follow up.

We partnered with e spaces. We now have closing locations in Brentwood, Music Row, Green Hills, and The Nations — all available right now. And if none of those work, we’ll come to you. Home, office, coffee shop. Wherever.

Closing that office was never about pulling back. It was about figuring out how to show up better for the people we work with. You shouldn’t have to drive across town for a closing. We should come to your corner of Nashville.

Swipe through to see all four locations. 👉

While man tried desperately to reach up to God, God, in his mercy, reached down to us. We are grateful for the free gift of salvation provided in love through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

May we all be faithful stewards of the gifts He has given us. Our families. Our time and resources. Our businesses. Our clients. The least we can do is honor Him by the way we live our lives.

Why a Pre-Listing Inspection May Be Worth It in Today’s Market

While they’re definitely not required, pre-listing inspections can be especially helpful in today’s market. By understanding your home’s condition ahead of time, you can take control of the process and make informed decisions about what to fix before you list and what to disclose.

If you choose to skip this step, you may be just as surprised as your buyer by what pops up in their inspection. And that could leave you scrambling. Would you rather fix issues now or risk trying to save the deal later?

Let’s connect so you can see if this is a step that makes sense in our market.

Selling a house comes with a lot of moving pieces, and the last thing you want is a deal falling apart over unexpected repairs uncovered during the buyer’s inspection.

Are you torn between whether it makes more sense to rent or buy a home right now? Consider this.

Renting may be the less expensive option in some markets, but it comes with serious trade-offs – like dealing with rising rent and not gaining any equity.

But when you buy, you can stabilize your monthly payment and grow your wealth as home values go up over time.

What’s the #1 reason you want to leave renting behind this year? Drop a comment below.

Is It Better To Rent or Buy a Home Today?

A study shows that 70% of prospective buyers fear the long-term consequences of renting. And here’s why. Rent usually rises over time and that can make it harder to save up to buy a home. But when you buy, you can stabilize your housing expenses and grow your net worth as home values rise. While renting may be the less expensive option in some markets, it can’t match the long-term benefits of homeownership. What’s your #1 reason for wanting to buy?

A study shows 70% of prospective buyers fear the long-term consequences of renting. And here’s why.
