Under contract. Congratulations to my sellers, this one took some work.

Another MIPA transaction, which already adds a layer of complexity most agents don't deal with regularly. Add a few unexpected hiccups along the way, and you've got a deal that required some real problem-solving to keep on track.

I'm not going to get into the details here, but if you've ever had a transaction go sideways and wonder what it actually takes to hold it together, feel free to ask.
