Nova and I stopped by their new Old Hickory location this morning, and itโ€™s safe to say we are both BIG fans! ๐ŸคŽ I grabbed an iced coffee, Nova enjoyed a pup cup, and then we brought our Surefire fuel back to the office to start the week. ๐Ÿกโœจ

Surefire has a great selection of coffee, espresso and non-coffee drinks, so there is a little something for everyone. Even the four-legged coffee lovers! ๐Ÿถ Their Old Hickory location is such a fun and convenient addition to our neighborhood, and we are so excited to have another great local business right around the corner.

If you havenโ€™t visited them yet, stop by their Robinson Road location in the Old Hickory Social parking lot and show them some love! Nova highly recommends ordering a pup cup while youโ€™re there. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿพ

Today is National Nonprofit Day, so it feels like the perfect time to celebrate an organization that means so much to us, the Nashville Industry Fund.

April is one of the co-founders of NIF, and Elizabeth is incredibly proud to currently serve as Board President alongside a group of people who genuinely care about keeping Nashville Music City.

The Nashville Industry Fund helps bridge the gap for musicians and hospitality-industry workers working toward purchasing their first home. Many of the people who make Nashville what it is are self-employed, contract workers or work nontraditional hours, which can make navigating the home-buying process and accessing the right resources even more challenging.

We want the people who help make Nashville such a special place to have the opportunity to put down roots and own a home here, too.

What a beautiful day! โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ›ถโ˜€๏ธ OUR 5TH ANNUAL DESTINATION FINDERS BUFFALO RIVER FLOAT! โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ›ถ

FIVE YEARS of this tradition! ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ And apparently by year five, the Buffalo River decided we were ready for the advanced course. ๐Ÿ˜‚

What was supposed to be an 8-mile float turned into a surprise 10-mile adventure โ€” but we BEAT THE RAIN, soaked up the sunshine and had the absolute perfect crew!

Cherie and Koshie gave us the official first tip-over ๐Ÿ˜‚, June refused to stay in her boat, Sam and Rosa smashed it with Pokemon along the way, Courtney did an extremely artistic job at her sunscreen, Elizabethโ€™s wrist took a hit because she REFUSED to fall out of the boat, and the rest of us discovered muscles we apparently havenโ€™t used since last yearโ€™s float. ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿค If you donโ€™t already know Selena, weโ€™d honestly be a little surprised. ๐Ÿ˜‚ She is the ultimate connectorโ€”the kind of person who knows someone everywhere she goes and genuinely loves bringing good people together.

๐Ÿ’œ But underneath that big network is an incredibly kind soul. Selena cares deeply about people, and thatโ€™s exactly what makes her so special in real estate. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and like they have someone firmly in their corner.

๐Ÿก She especially loves working with first-time homebuyers because she remembers what it feels like to have a million questions and not know exactly what comes next. Selena takes the time to explain the process, celebrate every little win, and make sure her clients feel confident all the way to closing day.

๐Ÿ”‘ And handing over those keys? That part never gets old. Seeing someone realize, โ€œThis is really mine,โ€ is still one of her favorite moments.
