Rest Easy Nashville is looking for a detail-oriented multi-tasker to help curate high-quality experiences for our guests, strengthen partner relationships, and provide quality care for our homeowners’ properties. Flexibility, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic are crucial. This position is ideal for problem solvers, over-communicators, and those with an almost-annoying eye for detail.

The Operations Specialist is an independent contractor position, responsible for maintaining the appearance, inventory, functionality, and overall guest experience of a portfolio of homes. The Operations Specialist is also responsible for providing oversight of our cleaner and maintenance relationships, keeping our HQ Storage area stocked and organized, ordering consumables and other property/guest supplies, exploring marketing opportunities to increase brand loyalty and repeat bookings, implementing new strategies to wow guests, and refining systems, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency and aid in organizational development.
