Sometimes a house needs full staging and that takes outside help, but other times we can do light staging on occupied and smaller homes. It’s a little extra touch that we can provide as a service to clients if the inventory is available.

We have accrued small tokens of appreciation that were added to our inventory from clients throughout the years. You know that feeling when you put the collected ornaments on the tree during the holidays? It is kind of like that.

The throw pillows from clients that went on their dream trip, small paintings from another that left Nashville for quieter mountain mornings, the chair of a client’s grandmother that she couldn’t seem to purpose, our favorite lady in blue who has graced many rooms along the way…

They continue to have a home as we go. This one is the latest. Blue bathroom and all.

Kenny was A TROOPER! It took us over a year to sell his first home, but today he closed on it and was able to buy a low maintenance condo, only minutes to downtown, to better suit his needs.
