Hey what’s up guys! Happy Monday! This past weekend I was reading and came across the idea of Ex*****on. You may have all these thoughts in your head but until you don’t act, there is no momentum. The engineering nerd in me thought about Newton’s First Law of Motion- an object at rest will stay at rest until acted upon by an external force. Similarly your goals in life will be stagnant until you mentally and physically start acting upon that goal. Hope you guys have a great week ahead!

Are you guilty of thinking the "highest offer" is always the BEST offer? Here are additional factors that play into it besides just the highest offer.
💰Cash is always king. If you can pay cash you'll likely win out over a high-priced offer.
📝A preapproval letter. A preapproval letter is the confirmation you’ve acquired from your mortgage broker or bank that confirms you’re ready to buy in a set price range and have been preapproved for the loan.
⏰Timeline flexibility. Typically, the closing period lasts 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Customizing the length of the closing to suit the seller’s needs can often help seal the deal over a higher offer.
➡️Not overloading on contingencies. Contingencies are negotiating tools that give you an opportunity to walk away without consequence. The most common contingencies are the inspection, the financing, and the appraisal.

Honestly, Vex King always hits home. Last night I was reading his book Good Vibes Good Life and came across this. Before you chase any goals, you have to know what you want, otherwise the outcome maybe something you didn’t want. You need to have a clear vision and more importantly WHY you want it.
Vex King mentioned one of my favorite rappers, J. Cole. J. Cole had a clear vision that he wanted to be a producer before catalyzing his dream of being a rapper. He focused his main efforts on being a producer and hopefully producing for Jay-Z or any rapper to be seen. He even created a T-shirt that said “Produce for Jay-Z or Die Tryin’”. After all his focus on that goal, he did in fact produce for Jay-Z and rapped with him as well.

Lately I’ve been listening to Jay Shetty’s podcast, On Purpose. I’ve slowly been incorporating his podcasts into my daily life and it honestly opens my mind to a whole new perspective. Everyday you strive to be better than you were yesterday and that’s the beauty of growth! To me self care was not something I spent my time on, but ever since I started listening to his podcasts I’ve been changing my mindset to focus on self improvement! 10/10 recommend checking out On Purpose!
