Looking for a real estate agent? The truth is that most people already know a real estate agent. In fact, most people already know several real estate agents. Crazy, right?

Pretty much everyone has a family friend (or someone they know from church or school) who is a real estate agent. But that doesn't mean you should hire them. The funny thing about real estate is that while thousands of people here in Natchez technically have a real estate license, very few do it as full-time professionals.

And, obviously, there's a HUGE difference in the service you get from a part-timer who "dabbles" and maybe sells a few homes a year... versus a professional agent who has invested their entire career into becoming a real estate expert.

I am proud to say I'm a full-time professional. Selling homes is my passion. It's not just a hobby.

A few nights ago was a hunt I’ll remember forever.

LJ and I had been watching this buck on camera, and he had been driving us crazy. After a discouraging hunt Friday evening, I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be, but everything came together perfectly that night.

This is by far my favorite time of year, and I’m so happy I got to kick it off like this. Thank you to my wife for letting me do what I love, and thank You, Lord, for giving me the opportunity at an animal like this.

These horns are going on the wall. They’re NOT stirring the chili!

Personally? I think Floral Anthologist here in Natchez is a hidden gem not enough folks in our community know about! It’s obvious that flowers are more than a “job” for the owner, Monique. Her passion and love for flowers shines through her beautiful creations.

I know Monique personally and can say with confidence she’s an incredible human who’s always willing to help someone in need or do something to just make someone’s day better. She has been so kind to my family since the day we first met at Steampunk here in town.

Both Monique and her husband are great folks with great talent. In fact her husband has a recording studio in the building as well! And on Saturdays they have live music and small, family friendly gatherings.

So whether you need a beautiful bouquet, some great music advice, or just a friendly face? Floral Anthologist here in Natchez is the place to go.
