The first 14 days on the market are the most important days of any home sale. This is when your listing gets the most attention, the most buyer activity, and often the strongest offers. If you don’t have a marketing plan before your listing goes live, you’re already behind. Every listing should have a written 14 day listing marketing plan that answers questions like: • What happens on Day 1? • How are buyers being reached beyond the MLS? • When do you review feedback? • When do you adjust pricing, photos, or marketing? • How often does the seller hear from you? • What happens if there are no offers?
