We have a 4br 2ba apartment with a private garage washer and dryer hook ups downstairs in the garage. It has new appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in the bedrooms. 3 storage rooms in the garage and a fenced in backyard. A back deck (accessible) and a balcony (not accessible). It is 💲1750 a month with a 💲1250 deposit if there is a pet it's a 💲500 deposit.

ATTENTION VALUED RESIDENTS:

The administration office at Keep Safe Storage will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2024 until Monday, July 8,2024. We are asking that you try to get your payments in by close of day Wednesday, July 3, 2024. If you cannot make it by close of day, please feel free to place a money order or check in the orange drop box outside one of the office locations. We understand that our closure interrupts the late fee policy for rent and are willing to work with you. As a result, we will still accept final rent payments on Monday, July 8, 2024, without late fee penalties.
