🏢 We’re proud to announce that Sager Electronics has signed a lease for approximately 15,856 SF at 141 Longwater Drive in Norwell, MA, where the company will relocate its corporate headquarters later this year.

Representing the tenant, we worked closely with the Sager Electronics team to identify a space that aligned with their evolving workplace goals, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and an enhanced employee experience.

The new headquarters features modern amenities, shared gathering spaces, flexible meeting areas, and in-office hoteling opportunities designed to support productivity and strengthen team connection.

We represented Smyth Cannabis Co. , a MA-based cannabis, in the expansion of its newest location at 85 Worcester Road in Framingham, MA. The new Framingham dispensary represents Smyth’s continued growth across the Commonwealth, providing customers in the MetroWest area with access to the company’s trusted lineup of high-quality cannabis products and personalized service.
