Mortgage rates are still in the 7s but if geopolitical issues continue to escalate then we will see a spike in oil and gas prices. The cost of all goods ( building materials, appliances),will go up.

The U.S. is printing money at an incredible rate and borrowing from foreign countries like China.

Unfortunately, history has shown us what happens.

The Biden administration is looking a lot like the Carter administration.

If you want to sell a house- do it soon and if you want to buy a house do it soon.

Interest rates will only rise for the foreseeable future.

I’m old enough to remember my siblings buying their houses and they had a mortgage interest rate at 16.75 %.
