This was such a beautiful deal to be part of, and it truly pulled on my heartstrings 🥹

In seven years of real estate, this was the first time I had a seller who didn’t choose an offer based on the highest price, strongest terms, or what benefited her the most.

My brain is naturally programmed to get my sellers the highest amount possible and strongest terms, so I’ll admit, I struggled with this one a little in the beginning.

But once I truly understood that money was not the deciding factor for her, it made this deal so much more beautiful.
