💧 THE WORK BEHIND THE WOW: THE UNEXPECTED

Sometimes during property inspections, you discover something you never expected.

When we arrived at North Shores Drive, we found an unexpected water leak. Thankfully, we were there to catch it and immediately begin the drying, cleanup and demolition process to limit further damage.

Not every part of property ownership is glamorous—but finding problems early and responding quickly makes all the difference.

A huge thank-you to for jumping in and getting the process underway!

Not a bad view from the office this morning! ☀️🌊

The work behind the wow feels a little easier with a view like this at Martha’s Cove. 💙

Over the past two weeks, we’ve been refreshing our vacation rentals throughout FL and WI—personally inspecting the properties, refreshing spaces, replacing worn items and taking care of the maintenance that keeps every home guest-ready. Also checking in on some exciting new builds.

⚾ THE WORK BEHIND THE WOW—MARTHA’S COVE 🏡

Our inspection of the game room included testing the projector, theater seating and entertainment area to make sure everything was guest-ready.

We’re happy to report that it passed the test—and proved to be the perfect place to relax and watch the Brewers win! 💙💛

Sometimes property inspections can be pretty fun!
