If you have chosen to "like" my business page, you have contributed to helping both my family and I with our lifelong goals. I have been in the business for almost 5 months now, and I have seen that this company and this TEAM have allowed me to not only stop working FULL TIME for a job that didn't fulfill me, but it also allowed me to help amazing people like the customers I have now!

If you are reading this and you are TIRED of negative real estate comments and information, that is non-factual and ONE SIDED...I want to simply talk to you.

I'll buy coffee or come to your home where you are most comfortable. My goal is to reach someone who will appreciate this post because I truly want to show you all of what I have been learning and seeing become POSSIBLE for so many who needed it most.

Was just asked by a buyer last night my opinion on availability through the holiday season. I dont belive we are anywhere close to having the inventory we need but buyers that are pre qualified will be able to view and prepare an offer without having to worry about a listing going under contract within a few hours.
