If you have a buyer under contract, all we need is the address and your buyer’s info… we’ll take it from there.

We coordinate with the listing agent, confirm access and utilities, connect with your buyer so they know what to expect, and handle all inspections in one visit.

After the inspection, we also follow up directly with your buyer to walk through the report, answer questions, and provide clear, calm context so they feel confident, not overwhelmed.

Now that we have officially started the new year, we want to say a sincere thank you to our community and to everyone who has trusted POMI Services over the years!

Since 2020, we’ve completed nearly 10,000 inspections across the Emerald Coast. Whether you’re a homeowner, buyer, seller, or real estate professional, our goal has always been the same: clear, educational inspections that help people understand a home without unnecessary stress or panic.

When a Single Family General Home Inspection is scheduled, clients receive a FREE Wind Mitigation or FREE 4-Point Inspection.

After the inspection, our inspectors take time to walk through the report, answer questions, and explain what truly matters. The purpose is education and clarity, not fear. We want everyone involved to feel confident moving forward.

What’s Hiding in Your Home? 👀🏡

Even homes that look great on the surface can have hidden issues waiting to be found. During a recent inspection, we discovered a mix of small fixes and a few bigger concerns:
⚡ Open electrical grounds and missing GFCI protection
💧 Plumbing lines that were improperly installed
🌬️ Deteriorated HVAC ducts and missing safety switch
🪵 Structural damage in the crawlspace from possible pest activity
🪣 Ceiling stains that hinted at past moisture
🧱 Cracking along exterior siding and trim

Some repairs are simple, but others can become costly if ignored. That’s why a detailed home inspection is one of the smartest moves you can make before buying, selling, or renovating.

🇺🇸✨ Happy 4th of July from all of us at POMI Services! ✨🇺🇸

This Independence Day is extra special for our family. Richard and Bridget welcomed their second grandchild just in time for the holiday and he couldn’t be morere perfect!

🎇 Briggs Allen arrived on July 2nd, weighing in at a healthy 9 lbs 4 oz. He’s already sporting his stars and stripes and stealing our hearts.

Wishing you and your families a safe, happy, and memorable 4th of July filled with celebration, gratitude, and maybe even a few new additions of your own.
