Feeling incredibly thankful this past month! 💙🏡

A huge congratulations to my buyer on becoming a homeowner near Perdido Key, FL! This beautiful brand-new construction is officially hers... complete with a privacy fence, brand new washer & dryer, all stainless steel appliances including a brand-new refrigerator to make it move-in ready.

What makes this one extra special is that we originally met over a year ago at an open house, and she reached back out when she was ready to start this journey. Moments like this remind me how meaningful relationships and trust truly are in this business.
