I'm an experienced buyer’s agent who knows an old home with potential when I see it. Here's what I look for in an old home for a new buyer:

🌟 roof, hvac, electrical, and plumbing in good working order

🌟 feels and smells like the home has regularly been cleaned, maintained, and the hvac kept running even while vacant

🌟 owners who are willing to receive a buyers request regarding potential building code upgrades and previously unknown issues uncovered by a home inspection
