It was another great month for me because of my customers, agent referrals, and good old fashioned hard work.

FPL says they need more of our money when all they do is give money away all across the state to whoever asks them to sponsor their event. How can they continue to ask us to support that AND RAISE RATES because they need to update infrastructure. Hey maybe STOP giving away money you apparently need.

Going on a lot of listing calls lately, and one thing is definitely standing out to me because it has been said to me more than once.
"I wish I had met you sooner."
"I wish I had known you when I bought this house."
Hmmm, what that says to me is my experience in EVERY market is what counts. It is my experience in THIS kind of market that is important to my customers!
