Wow, got our first six night booking for 2027 already at the end of March for Spring Break! Might be another year of getting booked quickly. We only increase our rates by 3% each year.

Direct book to beat some of those cost increases and save 10% between lowered nightly rate, $15 off the cleaning fee, and less taxes (since the costs are lower).

We heard our guests about the couch at Navarre Beach Landing. It was only 2.5 years old but started to be uncomfortable with the cushions getting flat. We just had a new pull-out sofa couch delivered this week and setup. The old couch was donated to Helping Hands Ministries - a thrift store - in Gulf Breeze. Thank you to the onsite maintenance guy Mike for helping us with the process since our trip got canceled this year.

✨ Everyone likes to save when possible right? ✨

Pro tip - did you know that when you book your lodging through one of the big platforms, you are paying much higher costs?

⛔ Major platform charges 15.5% - including that fee on cleaning costs
⚠️ Another platform is roughly the same at 15%
❌ And a foreign-owned platform can be as much as 25%!

👉 Don't forget - you also are paying tax on those percentages too!

✅ When you book us direct at Navarre Beach Landing, we pass those savings on to you - including lower cleaning cost. Family-owned and not run by a management company that you can't reach.

🌊 Right on Navarre Beach - five minute walk to Gulf
🏖️ Beach items provided saving you on daily rental
📺 Comfortable space for five guests (up to six if needed)
🛌 King size bed, bunk beds, sofa bed
🛁 1 private bedroom and two bathrooms
🏊 Outdoor resort-style pool onsite
🍹 Full kitchen including a slushie machine!

Even if you don't book with us, check the rental's listing for any clues that give you a name. Google it - and many times you can find a way to direct book with the owner (although not all will discount).

We are back home after the 13 hour drive. Successful time at Navarre Beach Landing with the updates. We also had our tile floors and grout deep cleaned which changed the grout from a black color back to the original light brown. The final pictures were taken on Thursday at just the right time with the sunshine coming through.

Make sure to check our availability and book direct to save 10% or more compared to the other booking sites. We've had two new bookings since posting some of the new pictures and upgrades! https://www.navarrebeachlanding.com
