Vacation rentals? No thank you!

This is a private residential community. There are a few owner's who have vacation rentals and want to treat this community as a resort. It was not created as a resort community and is not a resort!! If you are a vacationer and you expect to rent a resort, choose one of the several beautiful resorts on the gulf side of the Beach which offer better amenities and better views. This page was created to correct false advertisements on the vacation rental situation in our private community.

The private slips are only for the use of Village at Navarre homeowner's who have a deeded slip or their guests. These slips are 12 feet wide, some boats may not fit. No public docking is allowed. The fishing pier is for the residents of Village at Navarre only or their guests. Trespassers will be asked to leave immediately.

The residential homes along the Sound have a private deeded beach. This beach is not for visitors or other Village owners. False rental advertisements suggests beach access. Visitors can walk along the waters edge, but the full time beach residents asks that renters and visitors honor the privacy of the landowner's rights and backyard..
