I wanted to update everyone who has been following the home we had coming available for $425 per month. The home has been completed however it has been rented. As we've stated, our plan was to reach out to folks in the order we were contacted. The very first person who contacted us was qualified and decided to rent the home. We appreciate the interest everyone showed in this home and we will have more availability shortly.

There have been a number of folks contacting us directly regarding the two properties we had coming available in February so I want to provide a quick update here as well. We had a slight scheduling delay in closing on the $575 2Br/ 1Ba property however we have taken possession and are in the process of cleaning it up (paint, etc).
The more affordable 2Br/1Ba property has been a little delayed as well due to some back-ordered fixtures and our decision to refinish the LR floor. The good news is that the floors are looking pretty good (below). The bad news is that both properties will likely not be available until later this month or possibly even early March.
We appreciate the interest and will stay in touch with anyone who wishes to.
