I would like my prospective customers to see what I am capable of doing for them. I want to emphasize that THEY are important to me and their needs/desires are MY needs/desires. I aim to be personal AND business-like. I would like to offer my potential customers different options to get the job done. I will try to conserve resources, wherever possible, to save my client's capital. I've got a lot of varied experience so, PLEASE, run whatever you're thinking about by me. We/I can probably make it work.

I realized that I left a couple ladder at a customer’s home some time ago. They’d called me about the ladders and I mistakenly insisted that they weren’t mine. I’m very sorry for being such a knucklehead.
