Sarah has deep personal and professional roots in the area. She spent her childhood summers in Eastham, where her connection to the Cape began long before it became home.
After building an eight-year career in finance, Sarah left New York City in 2021 to move to Cape Cod full-time. Today, she is not only a trusted resource for buyers, but also a Cape homeowner herself, owning four properties across the region. This firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective on second-home ownership, investment strategy, and the realities of part-time coastal living.
Sarah specializes in helping buyers find ideal second homes and income-producing properties, with expertise in both short- and long-term rentals. She prides herself on building genuine relationships with her clients and connecting them with trusted local resources—making ownership on the Cape seamless, whether clients are here seasonally or year-round.
She lives on the Cape with her fiancé, Pete, and their dog, Frankie, and fully embraces the coastal lifestyle she helps her clients achieve. When she’s not working with buyers, you’ll find Sarah on the boat, at the beach or teaching Pilates.
