If you’re looking for a home right now and it feels like you keep seeing the same listings over and over again, you’re not imagining it.

We’ve officially hit the dog days of summer in the real estate market. Late August is typically a quieter time for new inventory as vacations, back-to-school schedules and the last weeks of summer take priority.

So if nothing feels right, don’t force it.

The right house is still the goal, not just a house.

We’re getting closer to the fall market, and I’m hopeful we’ll start seeing some fresh inventory after Labor Day.

Some stories take a little longer to write.

This one has been almost six years in the making.

I've been working with these buyers since late 2020. During that time, the market changed. Interest rates changed. Their priorities changed. And we wrote six offers that didn't work out.

But they never settled.

And now we're officially UNDER AGREEMENT on a home in Natick that makes all of those previous disappointments make a little more sense.

Sometimes finding the right house takes longer than you expect. I'm so happy these buyers stayed patient and trusted the process.

I can't wait to celebrate with them at the closing table. ❤️🏡
