Cold Spring Villas Country Living with City Convenience Private entries, to ensure privacy and safety, are built into every apartment. They have four closets (two are walk-ins).

Cold Spring Villas is between Appleton and Neenah, Wisconsin, yet located on the outskirts of town, providing a noiseless, park-like setting. These apartments have gorgeous flowering trees blooming in the spring, pleasantly landscaped grounds, and are nestled among miles of recreation trails. All of our apartment homes feature central air and forced air heat to provide even, consistent heating or

cooling throughout your new home. Each apartment comes with its own full size washing machine and dryer. Every single apartment comes with a garage and plenty of outdoor parking for residents and guests. Gazebos are located throughout the property for you to enjoy a book or a barbeque. Our apartment community consists of 176 apartment homes in eleven buildings, which are spread out among our large property. We are one of the few apartment communities in Fox Valley that welcomes your cats! Our one bedroom apartment homes are some of the largest in Fox Valley. At over 900 square feet, there is abundant space to live. Plenty of cabinets, 2 lazy-susans, and an over the range microwave make these kitchens second to none. All one bedroom homes are on the first floor and have a full-size patio door with a 6 X 10 patio. If one bedroom is not enough, then one of our two bedroom homes are for you. Two bedroom plans are very functional and are offered in both the upper and lower level. The lower units have five roomy closets, mirrored doors in the bedrooms, and have sound barriers. The upper level two bedroom plans have a massive living room with computer nook and vaulted ceilings. If you love an open feeling with high ceilings and want a modern space, then our loft apartment is perfect for you. These have every amenity described in both the one and two bedroom plans plus a second full bathroom and two walk-in closets big enough to accommodate full size furniture. Skylights in the upper loft let in natural light throughout the entire living space. This is a split level loft having a bathroom on each floor. These are the pinnacle of apartment living, with a very affordable price tag.
