Baileys Building and Homes Inc My mother used to tell me “If you can read it, you can learn it”. I It is now 2022 and I now have 18 rental units. My rents range from $600.00 to $1,450.00.

I have been in the rental business since 2004 when I purchased my first upper/lower apt duplex. I lived in the lower apt and rented the upper apt for 11 years before I purchased my next rental property. I have had ma

ny ups and downs, making many mistakes along the way. During that time, I have learned that a segment of our community feels like home ownership isn’t in the cards. The process is the major intimidator that a lot of lower income people feel. I grew up in the lower income segment and can relate to feeling the intimidation on major financial matters. Therefore, I believe creating an entire ecosystem of financial and lifestyle support around a home purchase is sorely needed.

Home was set about 2 weeks ago. Electrical Service Permit approved. City of Neenah Inspections were right on top of things/which has been the norm with this project. Sorry no drama to report for FB trolls, maybe next time. WE Energies has the new service scheduled to go in by January 18th.

Big DAY!!! Both modules of the home build were placed on the foundation today!!

Big day at the Home build. Both modules for the modular home were delivered today! After THREE delays in delivery due to Windy conditions, we had success today!! Tomorrow a crane will set them on the foundation and a crew will fasten that baby down!!

The sill plate is installed on the foundation. The Sill plate is what goes between the top of the foundation and the home. Next up, meeting with the crane operator from Ideal to see if the overhead tree needs to be trimmed more/so it doesn't interfere with the setting of the home.
