Jane and Paul lived in a town I also lived in. We didn't know each other but Jane had seen my work trying to keep a small coffee shop in town in business and appreciated that community spirit. I was just notified of a significant drop in residential interest rates up to 15 years. 5.750!!!! Last time it dropped it lasted for one day and jumped back to 6%. Fingers crossed this decrease is a trend and one of many more to come!
