Inspired by our friends across the street at The Willows, we wanted to share some of our tenants holiday decorations. Things are looking pretty cheery inside our apartment building!

Our tenants decorate their doors and public areas for the holidays. They also put together some pretty complicated puzzles to celebrate the season!

Update: Our apartments move fast, but we still have one available! The apartment we have coming open is a 1+ Flex room and faces south, looking out at the Cowboy Trail.

A reminder that our monthly rent ($1,400) covers all interior/exterior maintenance, utilities, cable tv, phone, internet, and housekeeping every two weeks. In addition, each unit comes with washer/dryer in the unit and has garage parking located just steps from your apartment door. Living at The Flats on 8th is easy!
