We are now starting to update a 1 bedroom unit that will be ready June 1st. If you are interested or know someone who might be, we are accepting applications. Please call or message to make an appointment to view the complex. Dogs and cats are welcome. Please note this unit that will be ready for June 1st is an upstairs unit and will require going up one flight of steps. This unit will have a new kitchen and flooring. Rent is $430/month with a $400 deposit.

Another updated unit is just around the corner. We are finishing a unit now that is already reserved and should be ready for April 1st. Then we are starting on a 1 bedroom unit that will be available on May 1st. It is now time to start taking applications for the 1 bedroom unit that will be ready May 1st. This one will be a second story unit. Similar to the others it will have new flooring, and kitchen and a few other updates.

If you would like to apply, you can come by the complex M-F from 8:30 to noon to see if the unit will work for your needs and to fill out an application.

Pictures from the most recent unit completed for the beginning of December. This unit is already rented but we have started on the next unit. It is a two bedroom ground floor unit, that will have new kitchen cabinets, new counter top, sink, flooring throughout, paint, new bathroom tile. It will be ready January 15. Call to come see it and fill out an application.

This complex had been been neglected for years. As the new owners of the complex that is changing. Almost every unit needs a new kitchen, flooring and many other updates. This means we can only complete about one unit a month, but each unit that comes available is full of updates.
