As we enter the final stretch of the build, our team is turning its attention to the grounds and carefully curating the landscape to honor the natural Southern beauty that makes this corridor unlike anywhere else in Northeast Florida. The grand live oaks draped in Spanish moss, the native flora, this is the quiet grace only achievable via a build in a place as special as Roscoe Boulevard.

This home was designed for a family laying down roots that has a refined sense of living. Every classic detail from the welcoming porch to the incredible entry reflects the character of the family who will soon call it home. It's been an honor to build something worthy of them.
