I would like to give a big shout out to Anthony Careccia from J & A Homes on doing an amazing job with the rebuilding of my kitchen on one of our rental units after we had a main waste line rupture under the slab. Anthony, you are such an amazing asset to so many people. We are so fortunate that you are part of the East Coast REIA family. Wishing you continued success! Thank you for all you do! On another note, we had upgraded some of the finishes used on this project because our tenant is just awesome and had to put up with many disruptions due to this project. Landlords, always remember, your tenants are the blood line of your business. Treat them like the gold that they are! Our average tenancy is still tracking at over 11 years.

We are excited to announce that East Coast Real Estate Investors Association and The Handsome Homebuyer will be co-hosting a live event that will include a full dinner, education, and networking.
