Since starting in real estate in 1974, I've sold thousands of properties. Also, have managed several offices and functioned in nearly every position in this company. The company has changed owners and names and affiliations several times, and here I am still working away. I've been sales associate, manager, general sales manager, vice president, training director, recruitment director, relocation
director, receptionist, and even though I have never been the janitor I've done lots of cleaning over the years! Now I'm back where I began, in the most intriguing, challenging, and rewarding position of sales associate (actually Broker). There isn't much I haven't seen or done in the field of real estate, but there also isn't a day in my life that I don't learn something new about it. Even though I may be a "seasoned" broker, I try to stay current with all the technology, which takes constant effort...although ultimately worthwhile. Specializing in "Homes by the Water" in Tillamook County from Neskowin at the South end to Manzanita at the North end, with Pacific City, Rockaway Beach, Cape Meares, Netarts and Oceanside (where I live) all in-between.
