Three transactions, three happy clients 💚

The first one (order of photos) was an off market deal with a previous client who approached me when he found out his neighbors were going to sell their home. Despite the headaches this one gave, it all worked out in the end and my buyer was able to secure this home for his extended family.

The second one was quite the journey. My client was a first time home buyer and after we had an escrow go sideways, I wasn't sure we'd recover but we did and I'm so happy he found the one.

The third one was for a friend of mine who contacted me out of the blue and knew exactly what parcel they wanted and were ready to move on it. This ended up being a three day escrow.. my quickest one yet. Quite the pleasant surprise lol.

As always, I'm beyond grateful for the trust my clients put in me. Congratulations to them all 🙏
