Brinks on South 11th Rental Property Cass/Doty LLC is a locally owned and operated rental housing corporation.

Brinks on 11th is our first neighborhood type development that consists of a 4 plex unit that has one 2 bedroom, and three 3 bedroom units. In the spring of '23 our plans are to break ground on our first of around 10 duplexes on the property. The Brink name comes from Harold and Jan Brinkman, longtime residents of Nevada and former owners of the property.
